Youm-i-Tameer-o-Taraqi - February 8th
As the Government of Pakistan announced 8th February to be celebrated as "Youm-i-Tameer-o-Taraqi", I think it is best to issue a Stamp, Souvenir Sheet and Coin to mark the occasion.
